Support for Watcher. Timers, sounds, and a little more space to focus.

Tell us what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version, and Watcher version. A screenshot helps—leave out anything private. For a quick guide in the app, open Settings → About → Help.

Timers and saved routines

Tap the timer dial to start, pause, or resume. Open the three-dot menu and choose Edit timer to change its duration, or Customize dial to change its appearance. A stopwatch measures elapsed time; pause it to save that measurement as a countdown.

The stacked-squares Library button holds saved timers and routines. Tap a saved timer to start a fresh copy. Use its three-dot menu → Edit timer & dial to change its name, timing, color, material, or photo. Each saved timer keeps its own settings; already-running copies are unchanged. Tap a routine to edit its timer, sound mix, and App Lock preference; use its play button to start it.

Your sound mix

In Sound, add Ocean, Road cabin, Rain on glass, or audio from Files. Each vertical fader controls one layer; Mix controls the overall output. Each layer has a play/pause button. Adding audio does not start playback automatically.

Sound can continue with the screen locked. If a call interrupts playback, return to Sound to check and resume your mix. Imported files and routines stay on your device; there is no cross-device sync in this version.

App Lock

App Lock requires your permission to use Screen Time. Open Settings in Watcher to choose apps and add an accountability contact. To open a timed access window, review and send the message in Apple’s message composer. Watcher never sends it automatically.

A routine’s “Keep selected apps locked” setting does not unlock apps when its timer ends. Manage access through App Lock. You can revoke Watcher’s Screen Time access in iOS Settings.

Widgets

Add Watcher from the iPhone widget gallery. Your timer shows a compact countdown; Personal dial shows your selected timer’s appearance; Your record opens your sound mix; Timer completions charts recorded completions over seven days. The chart uses your latest 100 completed timers and updates when Watcher records them. It is separate from Screen Time usage. iOS controls widget refresh timing.
